Immich is our private Google Photos replacement. It automatically backs up photos from our phones and lets us browse by date, album, or face.

1. Install the Immich app from your app store.
2. Server address: https://photos.torresvault.com
3. Log in with your account.
4. Turn on Automatic backup for Camera folder.

Suggested folder structure (server-side is automatic; mainly for albums):

• Albums by year (e.g., `2026 – Everyday Life`)
• Special albums: `Christmas Lights`, `Vacations`, `Pets`, etc.

• Immich – All phone photos & videos, family memories.
• Nextcloud – Documents, PDFs, spreadsheets, manuals.

• Create an album → “+ → New album” → add photos.
• Mark favorites → tap the ★ icon.
• Find by date or map → use built-in search / timeline.

• Photos are stored on TorresVault, not a public cloud.
• Regular backups are handled on the server side.
